I had an incredibly pleasant experience. Chip Braden was very knowledgeable, cheerful, and not pushy or overbearing. He asked what I was interested in, let me test drive both vehicles, and then let me decid very knowledgeable, cheerful, and not pushy or overbearing. Once my decision was made, he worked with me to acquire a price (new vehicle and trade-in) that was acceptable to me. As I was paying cash, the dealership was very amiable to close the deal (paperwork, etc) on Saturday and wait for me to pull the funds together for a delivery the following week. When I was ready to pick up the vehicle, I spent roughly an hour turning in my trade, signing the appropriate documents, transferring title/plates etc, and leaving the dealership. Overall, the shortest amount of time and least hassle I've ever had while purchasing a new vehicle (I've bought new Fords, Chrysler, and Nissan vehicles in the past). In the end, I had to finance part of the transaction, and Mr. Jeff Cox was also involved. As with Mr. Braden, his part was also fast, easy, and pleasant. The forms were all readily present, explained, and in order for signature. At the end, Chip arranged my first maintenance visit (5,000 mile), explained the vehicle features, and even set-up the BlueTooth feature on the radio for my phone.
