I cannot recommend going to Newbold based on an experience I had with them. I went there to trade-in my wife's Camry for a new Camry. The salesman seemed bothered by us. He did not negotiate a pr experience I had with them. I went there to trade-in my wife's Camry for a new Camry. The salesman seemed bothered by us. He did not negotiate a price for trade-in with us. He scoffed when we tried to up the offer, he simply said "It has a big crack in the windshield". Not only did we get a better trade-in price by the Honda dealership down the road, but there was no mention that the crack in the windshield would bring down the value of the car. Because of this interaction, we went to another dealer, and are more than satisfied with our decision not to buy a car from that salesman. In his defense, maybe he was having a bad day, but first impressions are lasting impressions. I cannot knock Toyota for there products, I know several people that have them and they are great cars, but because of my day with that salesman, I could not in good conscience purchase something from him. He lost more than one sale that day. We have since purchased two cars from the dealership that we left Newbold to go see that day. More
I purchased a 2010 Toyota 4Runner from Newbold Toyota-Scion and from the moment I had contact with their staff they immediately attempted to discover my needs and get me the vehicle I wanted. I was able to pick up the vehicle with very little wait time as they helped me work out some of the details of my purchase over the phone. The options I wanted presented a unique challenge but the folks at Newbold were able to obtain a new vehicle in what seemed to be no time. The sales and finance staff assumed I had done my homework and as a result treated me with respect and offered me a fair price right off the bat. I'm still happy with my purchase now I just wish the other Toyota dealer close to my house offered service on par with Newbold when I take my car in for service. More

I have bought 5 cars from Newbold and have my car serviced there regularly. The staff is always knowledge and friendly. I shopped around each time and found that Newbold had the best prices.
