He was very knowledgeable about the car and explained all the features in detail. He was patient with answering our questions and even worked on his day off to send information I requested. When we picked the car up, our paperwork was ready and the process went very quickly. Blake made the paperwork effortless! We bought it later that day after reaching an agreement by phone. Nick stayed late to help us. I was very pleased that we did not have to have more trips to the dealer. Nick made it go as quickly as possible when we got there. I was a little bummed that it didn't have a couple features, but that was my fault for not reading closely and not asking questions.
