BMW Encore I learned most of what I needed to know. However, I was supposed to have a couple of months of satellite radio. Since they didn't get it working day I learned most of what I needed to know. However, I was supposed to have a couple of months of satellite radio. Since they didn't get it working day one and I couldn't do the encore until after the time expired I did not get that feature. We had some trouble with BMW Connect Drive,but I think that was due to my changing email addresses between the purchase date and the encore. More

Though we live in St. Charles, MO, we drove there to make our purchase of a new car. The owners, Kent and Debbie Newbold, could not have been more welcoming and friendly. They have been in business for many years and they make buying a car a truly enjoyable experience. And why shouldn't it be? Patrick Newbold, the new car manager, is great to work with. He knows his product and is very focused on customer service satisfaction. Blake, the finance manager, handled our paperwork and Carlos provided concierge delivery of our new automobile. He did a fantastic job of explaining all the workings of the car. Afterwards, we made a purchase from the parts store. They had the item we wanted in stock and the purchase was quick and easy. We got a great deal and a beautiful convertible 240. We encourage everyone looking for a new or used BMW to visit Newbold and experience it for themselves. More
