You know the car buying experience can be really grueling. Not at Nationwide,I had the best experience because of the staff at Nationwide from the phone operator/salesman/business manager/sales mana grueling. Not at Nationwide,I had the best experience because of the staff at Nationwide from the phone operator/salesman/business manager/sales manager everyone was awesome. The first day I test drove 5 cars, not once did they put any pressure on me and I know I was a pain. It just took me a little time to make a decision on model and equipment I wanted. I went home came back in the next day after me and my wife had made a decision. Negotiated the deal I wanted and drove it home all within an hour and a half. They were awesome cant say enough about the low pressure sales experience and their help. More
Gyen went out of her way to get my car in the same day, when I needed it back right away. They got my car fixed and back on the road in no time. I really appreciate how quick and friendly they were. My husband and I were looking for a vehicle that has high fuel efficiency and plenty of room. The 2013 Altima stood out among all the choices because of its affordable price, stylish appearance, and of cours fuel efficiency and plenty of room. The 2013 Altima stood out among all the choices because of its affordable price, stylish appearance, and of course its mpg ratings. When it comes to car shopping, we never rush to make a decision since a large amount of money is involved. After visiting 3 other Nissan dealerships in the Baltimore area, we decided to make a stop at Nationwide. My husband and I both test drove Altima 1 more time and we agreed that it was the right car for us. Our sales representative Purcell and his manager Mike did a good on the price, and guess what, we now have a brand new car to take on the family vacation. Id recommend them to anyone that ask. You won't be disappointed! More
I purchaese a new Xterra from Nationwide Nissan in spite of the fact that they didn't have what they said they did over the phone, it was a manual transmition and they said it was an automatic but I bought of the fact that they didn't have what they said they did over the phone, it was a manual transmition and they said it was an automatic but I bought it anyway. I recently had my Xterra serviced at nationwide auto world as part of the free services provided after purchasing my vehicle. I must say that it was the worst, unprofessional vehicle service I have ever received. The tech (600) apparently spilled oil on the engine|. Not just a few drops but enough that by the time I had gone a few miles on 83 smoke was pouring out from under the hood. I had to stop and make sure nothing was on fire!. Then got off the next exit and went back to have it fixed;. I also found a pool of oil inside on the center console that was covered up with the paper showing what services I would be receiving. I soaked it up as best I could with a napkin. When I returned they quickly hosed off the engine and wiped the console with a wet paper towel. When I got home the car still reeked of oil, I had to wipe off the center compartment with another towel and degreaser and I had the local car wash clean the engine compartment. They said when they removed the engine pan underneath there was still a puddle of oil on the pan and looked as if they drained a lot of oil through where the oil filter goes. Also, after detailing I checked the tire pressure. It was correct but it was correct when I took it in. But they scratched my rims badly all around the lug nuts. On top of all that, when driving home from their service it started raining which reminded me that my one wiper blade is half torn and hardly wipes anything, but the check list says it was checked and okay. I can tell by looking at it without even lifting it off the windshield that it is not okay. Makes me wonder if they really checked anything. Obviously I will not have my vehicle serviced there again but it is also highly unlikely that I will ever recommend or return to Nationwide Nissan to purchase another vehicle. They lied about the sale, and the service dept. damaged everything they touched. I have pictures of everything and emailed the manager with my issues but they have not responded. More
All my friends told me that the hardest part of shopping for a used car was going to be dealing with the pressure from the salesmen. They were right with the first two lots that I looked at. There weren't a for a used car was going to be dealing with the pressure from the salesmen. They were right with the first two lots that I looked at. There weren't any cars there that I wanted, but once the saleman gets their hooks into you it is tough to get away. When I started looking at Nationwide, Paul came over and asked me a few questions and made a few suggestions, and then when I told him I was "just looking" he smiled and told me to call if I had any questions. Then he left me alone! How nice to be able to look at the cars without any pressure! The G35 was toward the back of the lot, it had a lot of miles but was very clean and the tires looked pretty new. I didn't see Paul but Brandon told me about the car and set me up with a test drive. When I got back I told him that I wanted to talk to my husband before settling on the car. He just smiled and let me go! Any other salesman would have pressured me to commit to the sale then and there. The next afternoon I found Paul again and he was very helpful getting the deal set up. Maybe a used Infiniti isn't the same experience as a new one, but when the salesmen are as nice as Paul and Brandon, and the car is as nice as my G35, I'll take it! More
Our experience at Glen was a very pleasant one. Extremely helpful staffs that are not only knowledgeable but are also keen to listen to the requirements of the customers form the backbone here. The salesman helpful staffs that are not only knowledgeable but are also keen to listen to the requirements of the customers form the backbone here. The salesman was very efficient and explained everything perfectly even when my husband kept on interrupting him. He gave us a fair price which we thought was a good deal. We will recommend it to others. More
I recently purchased a new altima from Nationwide and I love it. After a ton of shopping around and looking at other models I decided on the altima. My salesman Bill made the process as easy as possible. I love it. After a ton of shopping around and looking at other models I decided on the altima. I just had to make sure that someone knew the truly special experience I had with Purcell at Nationwide Nissan in Cockeysville, Maryland. I was heading north to be with family that was affected by special experience I had with Purcell at Nationwide Nissan in Cockeysville, Maryland. I was heading north to be with family that was affected by the devastation of hurricane Sandy. I was using my husband’s truck, and it dropped the transmission. I decided that it was not worth trying to fix, because his truck was old and beat up anyways. So, I asked for a cab to take me to the nearest Nissan dealer. When I got the Nationwide Nissan , Purcell was willing to help me find the new truck for my husband. My husband loves his new truck, and I loved the fact that Purcell did not want to make me have to stay there all day, because he understood that I had somewhere to be. He was speedy on getting the paperwork done for the truck. He had me in and out within a couple hours. Tha nk you for everything. More
I would recommend this dealership solely because of the salesman that I dealt with. Bill was friendly, concerned about my comfort, and very businesslike all in one. In my opinion he is the best car salesma salesman that I dealt with. Bill was friendly, concerned about my comfort, and very businesslike all in one. In my opinion he is the best car salesman that I have ever had the pleasure of meeting. My first visit to this dealer’s service department lead to the purchase of a new slightly used vehicle on the spot. The service department was quick, friendly and honest; the sales staff was well educated and accommodating. I was very happy with my experience and was well informed throughout the entire process. They made me feel at home and welcome the whole afternoon. I will buy from Nissan again and will for sure recommend this dealership as well. More
