I was looking into buying my first car and was recommended by a friend to go to Nationwide Nissan Suzuki since she had bought her first car there too. He was very charismatic, friendly, and approached me with great kindness. He made me feel like a valued customer. After looking at the different types of cars the dealership had to offer, I had decided to purchase a Nissan Maxima. Overall, my experience at this dealership was very good. When we started this journey, my husband and I were interested in the Nissan Armada. However after Christopher completed our needs assessment and considered our budget, he introduced us to the Nissan Murano which better fit both our needs and our budget! I Love my new Murano and couldn’t be happier! We can not thank Christopher enough for all his time and effort. It sure is wonderful to know that there are still some genuine people out there that are not trying to just “sell you”! I just moved to the area and one of the first things I needed to do was buy a new car. He was so helpful and made the process really easy. I was working with a pretty tight budget, and Richard, and his manager Mike Shuman, were able to help me find what I needed and made me feel comfortable with the process. I never felt like I was dealing with a “salesman,” just someone who knew a lot about cars and could help me get what I needed! Hopefully, I won’t need a new car for a long time, but if I do – I know where I’ll be going!! Thanks Richard!!! More

The door handle on my car had broken, so I took my car in to have it fixed and they took my car into the shop for 30 mins before the service writer came back out and said they didn't have the part. Then pro to have it fixed and they took my car into the shop for 30 mins before the service writer came back out and said they didn't have the part. Then proceeded to tell me I owe them $110 for checking the damage out, after I already knew what the problem was. Sorry but I refuse to pay for someone to tell me what I already know and then not have the part on top of that. Needless to say I will find the part and install it myself before I take my vehicle back to those idiots. More

My wife and I recently purchase a new vehicle here. We had a good experience and even recommended my parents to them. Well my parents (60+) years old went into the dealership and were told their finance had a good experience and even recommended my parents to them. Well my parents (60+) years old went into the dealership and were told their finance rate would be 3.5% The very next day when they went into buy the new car and sign the papers, Davidson (who had first told them the rate) made them sign at 4.99% Classic bait and switch here. Davidson outright lied to my parents and tricked them into a higher rate which they should have never had because of their great credit. I will NEVER purchase a nissan again, NEVER reccomend this STEALERSHIP again, and will make sure my voice, my wifes voice and my parents voice are heard thoughout the forums, BBB, NISSAN AMERICA so hopefully DAVIDSON and the rest of the cheaters at this dealership wont lie cheat and steal their customers. This was the perfect car buying experience! George communicated well with me over the Internet about finding the right vehicle and making sure I got the price I was looking for! Devin was very patient answering all my questions about the car features and taking me on an extended test drive, even staying after closing to make sure I understood how all the features worked. Davidson made sure I got to the monthly payment I was looking for and had the extra warranty and protective coating I wanted. All three gentlemen were very personable and easy to work with. I felt like their only priority at the time I was in the dealership. I highly reccomend this dealership to buy a new car from. I had a wonderful experience and LOVE my new car! Thank you guys! More

I went to Nationwide Nissan with the intentions of only looking. I was skeptical based on past experiences at other dealerships. I was absolutely amazed at the atmosphere of this place. Devin, my sales consultant, was the best salesperson I've ever had and he made this the best sales experience I've ever had. The best thing I liked about Devin was that he was knowledgeable about Nissan and that he was not pushy. He introduced me to Mike, the general manager, who was absolutely helpful to me. Overall, the experience was wonderful and I would recommend Devin and Mike to everyone I know. I plan to purchase my next Nissan in two years from Nationwide. More
