I intially wanted a versa, but I ended up falling in love with the rogue. They gave me a very good deal. The manager Mike was also very helpful. We visited to purchase a new Murano. Took a test drive, liked the car. Pushy all the way and did not like that we wanted to leave to think over the purchase as they did not have the color we wanted in sto liked the car. Pushy all the way and did not like that we wanted to leave to think over the purchase as they did not have the color we wanted in stock. Just wanted to make a sale. The manager, Scott, had to come out with his fast talk (he's a piece of work) and we left. Devon (salesman) called a few days later stating they now had the car in stock in the color combo we wanted. Agreed to a price over the phone for the car and trade. (Devon said he checked with the manager and it was okay- done deal.) Stated TWO times with salesman Devon on the phone call that we did not want to travel down if he couldn't do it, he said he checked with manager and it was a go. We arrive a few hours later, Devon is "conveniently" not there. Gave us to another chatty and cheesy salesperson named Chris who was pushy, pushy, pushy. Chris said he would check the price with manager Scott- now they could not sell for that price. They claimed it was a "misunderstanding". Devon...still not around and conveniently out of the picture so we can't speak with him to verify phone call- they said he was too busy. (YEAH, Right!) All they want to do is get you in the showroom to work their pushy sales jive on you. SHAME ON YOU SCOTT!!...We told him as much and walked out!!! Will NEVER go there again! More
my daughter and i were looking for a nissan altima and had been to 3 other dealers.jimi was very knowlegable about the car and just a very friendley salesperson.we told jimi what our best price was and hi had been to 3 other dealers.jimi was very knowlegable about the car and just a very friendley salesperson.we told jimi what our best price was and him and the manager scott agreeded to beat the best price by 500 dollars.the only thing that would have been better was if they could have saved us another 500 dollars, but i did have some very competive prices.jimi is also the son of a very famous baltimore colts football player who played with johnny unitas.jimi's father is in the hall of fame for the nfl.i would recomend jim parker[and have]to anyone looking to buy a new car. The world's horrible experience on buying car when I visit this location. I knew most of time sales and their manager would team up to play nasty drama to fool their potential customer, but this one is visit this location. I knew most of time sales and their manager would team up to play nasty drama to fool their potential customer, but this one is the worst! The manager lied and huminiated customer by saying "If you can not afford the price, then probably this is just not your car! You can shop across country but find none!" Even their boss is an axxhoxx. It seems they're over-confident and think they're the ONLY ONE Nissan dealer in across the country! Never visit this location unless you think your money and self-esteem are nothing but trush. More
NEVER BUY a CAR from this Dealership. If you are falling for their CRAPPY "Dealership4Life" program....DO NOT!!!! NOTHING IS FREE. THEY WILL CHARGE FACTORY Pricing and give you DISCOUNT, which still end for their CRAPPY "Dealership4Life" program....DO NOT!!!! NOTHING IS FREE. THEY WILL CHARGE FACTORY Pricing and give you DISCOUNT, which still ends up WAY HIGHER PRICE than normal pricing outside somewhere. NO ONE WILL GO OVER THAT WHEN YOU ARE BUYING from them. IT IS WHEN YOU CALL THEM TO SETUP a SERVICE CALL when they drop the PRICETAG on YOU. ANY DEALERSHIP can give you this kind of service. I WILL NOT go there EVER AGAIN. I WILL TELL ALL MY FRIENDS to GO SOMEWHERE ELSE.... AGAIN::: NO SUCH THING as DEALERSHIP FOR LIFE....it means YOU WILL KEEP PAYING THEM AT ALL TIMES INSTEAD OF ANYONE ELSE. More
I went to this dealership looking for a new altima 2.5s. The salesman came to great me in the parking lot. He was very friendly but one of the first questions he asked me what "what do I have to do for you The salesman came to great me in the parking lot. He was very friendly but one of the first questions he asked me what "what do I have to do for you to take this car home today." It was my first day EVER looking for a new car and I wasn't willing to buy one that same day. He was rather pushy. He went on and on about how great the car was. And it was a nice car, but I didn't fall in love with it. But when I sat down with Chin the negotiating began. I already had a quote with a Toyota dealer but it took us walking out the door for him to match it. He started saying that if we came back the next day (a weekend) we would get another $500 off. It was just a lot of crap-talking. I told him I was going to a honda dealership the next day. He offered me to take one of his cars to the honda dealership to compare. I declined. Then he called me the next day and told me to call him after the Honda dealership. I never did because I bought a Honda instead. This place is a typical car dealership. Lots of "negotiations." I don't buy it. I am also a young female but had my boyfriend with me. But I could definitely see how they would take advantage. More
Im seeing a pattern her. Whilst not straight out of college. I look like Im 21 but Im actually 29. I was looking for a a pre-certified owned used car. So I get a call from them after I contacted a web college. I look like Im 21 but Im actually 29. I was looking for a a pre-certified owned used car. So I get a call from them after I contacted a website for a refferel. They pushed me to come in . I told htem I would need to find a friend availble to drop me becasue I didint have a car. They said dont worry about it will pick you up. I asked if they dropped off as well in case I dont find something , also do not have car insurance and couldnt drive off the lot. They told me not to worry. The guy who picked me up wa snice, took me ofr the test drive, they processed my paperwork quickly. Then I told them I didint want the brand new car & that I had indicated this to the initial caller . To make a long story shprt they tried to sell me the new Nissan Snetra for $17,000 - way over priced (Id done my research on used and new cars from thei make) and tried to convince me that buying new was cheaper. anyway, when it became apparent that I would not buy this new car and start making $350 payments, unplanned for the next 5 yrs, they asked me if someone would pick me up. I live 1hr away from the dealerhip and the metor systems between the Dc area & Baltimore do not connect. They left me sitting for about 45 mins before they explicity told me they dont give rides back., only to the dearship. I had to tak e a light rail, Metro bus, and then Metro home, which took me nearly 3 hours on a weekend schedule or pay $100 on Amtrack which would take me 40 minutes. It was my first time in Timonium and my last time at that dealsership. I have told everyone I know not to go there. It looks like they seem to prey on young, females b/c they think you will fall for their crap. Having done a mystery shopping assingemnt for Carmax twice, I can say that I would rather spend the extra $1000 dollars there so you know your not being swindled. More
So much went wrong with this deal. Here I was a young female just out of college. First of all, I was told i absolutely HAD to get the extended warranty. Later, when I had signed my papers and my mother female just out of college. First of all, I was told i absolutely HAD to get the extended warranty. Later, when I had signed my papers and my mother called my cell phone, she told me that was a lie. Then the salesman said, Well it would BEHOOVE you to get the extended warranty. Second, I was told my payments would be 350.00 per month. Thats is exactly what the woman in the finance office said. I get home, and my bill says 386.95! So I called and talked to some guy who said he was looking at my paperwork and he sees that the woman circled the payment of 386.95 on his copy. It was not circled on MINE! She denied the whole thing. The manager never returned my phone calls and he offered me free oil changes for a year! What is that? Hardly worth the money! I have told everyone I know to not deal with this Nissan. I dont even have my car serviced there. I go to SECURITY NISSAN instead across town. I feel like such a dam fool for dealing with them and not taking them to court for this terrible ordeal. DO NOT DO NOT DO NOT BUY A CAR FROM THEM. More
