This was a surprise graduatio I dealt with Dave Himmer for over three weeks. He helped me to find my daughters dream car, a black on black SV Rogue. This was a surprise graduation gift for my daughter. When we arrived to pick the Rogue up, Dave had it decorated with balloons all over it and a huge sign in the windshield. So I sent request to the closed 3 dealers to make sure I got a good deal. One other dealer jerked me around,I wont mention their name. Nationwide and the other were close in price,but Nationwide was a couple hundred less and had the car I wanted,color and all. I made appointment came in got the car I wanted no BS and was out in no time. I busy as I sure most people are and didnt have time to waste. They did all I asked then to and got it done in lighting speed. I would definitely do business here again. More

Best part is it was on a Sunday, for those that dont know most Maryland dealers are closed on Sundays, but sure enough there Dave was calling me to answer my questions. Dealer Totaled My Car During Service Call I wish this were a cruel joke, but it isn't. I brought my vehicle in to be serviced on a Thursday evening, was given a loaner vehicle to use until the I wish this were a cruel joke, but it isn't. I brought my vehicle in to be serviced on a Thursday evening, was given a loaner vehicle to use until the next day while the services were being completed, came to receive my car Friday after work to be told that "while washing your car, it was involved in an accident." Apparently, the service center takes the cars off their lot to a gas station to be washed. Their employee ran my car (2006 Altima) into the back of a 2014 BMW, which was then pushed into the back of a Cadillac CTS. My car was TOTALED - the BMW received extensive damage - the pregnant driver of the Cadillac was taken to a nearby hospital. The dealership's response was "We won't charge you for the work we did to your now TOTALED vehicle" (as though that were even a question) and "Our insurance will give you a check for the value of your car". They TOTALED my paid off vehicle. DO NOT USE THIS SERVICE CENTER! I understand that accidents can happen, but the overall lack of professionalism in dealing with creating this hardship - not to mention that their insurance took over a WEEK to get in touch with me - was sickening. DO NOT USE THIS SERVICE CENTER. More
Glad I came here to get my new car I was a first time buyer and was scared to buy my first new car. From the time I walked in the door till the time I left with my new Versa,I never fel I was a first time buyer and was scared to buy my first new car. From the time I walked in the door till the time I left with my new Versa,I never felt pressured. They made the process very very easy and I left with a new car and a payment I could afford. So happy with my new Versa I no longer have to worry about my old car braking down during my drive to work. Plus the gas mileage is awesome. More
Easy to deal with I went in on Good Friday not because I wanted to but I needed to. I had totaled my car sometime back and the insurance company wanted me to return the rental that day. I was between the Maxima and the Altima but decided to go with the Altima. I just could justify the extra money cause I basicly just use it to commute, When me and my partner go anywhere else we take her car. Purnel was easy to deal with,and got my the deal I wanted. I had a number in mind to add to my insurance check and he got to it. No high pressure tactics or any of the ussually car dealer xx. Thats why Id recommend them. More
