First oil change I needed the oil changed and it was the first one for my new car. I didn't have an appointment but the service department took me anyways. Initially t I needed the oil changed and it was the first one for my new car. I didn't have an appointment but the service department took me anyways. Initially they said it would be a 30-40 minute wait but I believe I was finished and out of there before 30 minutes was up!!! Great service :) More

lied to me about everything. not going back The people at this dealership will feed you false facts in order to trick you into buying their cars. First they told me that they would match any com The people at this dealership will feed you false facts in order to trick you into buying their cars. First they told me that they would match any competitors written offer, so I went to Len Stoler Nissan where they gave me a written offer which I took with me even though it was not allowed. When I went back to Nationwide and told them the offer, they didn't believe me and added $1,000 and said you win. I went to my car to get the paper. They then shredded the paper and took off another $500 off still charging me $500 extra. They also told me that I would get free synthetic oil changes for life and free car washes when ever I wanted. I made a mistake and bought the car from them. When I went to the service department they then informed me that I was lied to, and that I would have to pay for synthetic oil and car washes only come with service. I don't remember the managers name but he had facial hair and blue eyes. The sales associates I worked with were Purcell and Derick. Do not believe anything they say, check all the facts. The worst part is they claim to be "dealership for life." Definitely not buying another car from these liars. Fool me once shame one you, fool me twice shame on me. More
Best Customer Service Great experience they even delivered the car to my house 20 miles away. They made it so easy to do business and I got the deal I wanted as well.
