Unknowledgeable and pushy sales people and management Walked into this dealership tonight to find, if not order, a new vehicle for my wife since her last Dodge was just totaled. We knew EXACTLY what we wa Walked into this dealership tonight to find, if not order, a new vehicle for my wife since her last Dodge was just totaled. We knew EXACTLY what we wanted and we told them up front that information. At first, our sales person, Wesley, didn't know what to do at all even though he has been there for 3 years. They couldn't figure out how to get the packages we want. He went to go talk to the manager and the manager had no knowledge about the packages either. We even brought in the window sticker from our previous vehicle. Our sales person comes back with vehicles to which we didn't ask for and much higher in price to which we were looking for. We kept getting pushed towards these higher priced vehicles and were kept being driven away from what we wanted. I will never go to this dealership ever again even for my service for my Ram. More
