Between the auto needs of wife and myself, I have spent countless hours in and out of dealerships from Wilmington to Greenville to New Bern. I had a great relationship with Mike Waller in your service department on all the vehicles I’ve owned. Because of these relationships, I kept coming back. The exception was two years ago when my vehicle was totaled and you didn’t have a truck on the lot in my price range at that moment. The reason I tell you this is because I’ve never had a more pleasurable experience purchasing a vehicle than I had this last Saturday with John McMiller, Chris (sales manager), and Lorenzo (finance). Prior to visiting National, I returned to the dealership that I purchased my last vehicle from. Amazingly, they were completely unwilling to negotiate their gross undervaluation of my trade value or the overvaluation of their used vehicle. I stopped in to National and from the moment I got there until the moment I left I felt I was being treated properly. These guys were friendly, personable, understanding of my needs and requirements, and really worked with me. I was able to joke and make smalltalk while conducting business, making the whole event feel like I was just hanging out with friends. John continues to take care of me three days after the sale, and that shows a true dedication to his trade and his customers. I’ll not soon forget this experience.
