We bought our car August 2022, it took a month and 1/2 to get paperwork to get a tag and now I am dealing with the sales tax they added to my financing, and what I was actually charged. We purchased our Subaru over 3 weeks ago, Bob was our sales person and he was great( sad he has moved on). However we are out of state and our state still hasn’t gotten the information for us to get our sales person and he was great( sad he has moved on). This is a follow up to my review of this dealership's service department on 4-15-22. To this date I have never gotten a response from the service manager in spite of leaving a message for him to call me service department on 4-15-22. To this date I have never gotten a response from the service manager in spite of leaving a message for him to call me concerning the total lack of service that I received on that date. I purchased a service contract when I purchased my car from this dealership in May of 2021. I have thrown $600 down the drain for the service contract as I will never return to this dealership again after the way I have been treated and after reading the nightmare stories about the service department on this dealer rating website. Lots of praises on this website concerning car purchasing from this dealership but service after the fact is what counts. Take your business elsewhere and NEVER purchase a service contract because you will be ignored when you try to receive service under a prepaid contract. More
My experience with the service department was excellent as always. This time I had a service representative that was just the best ever. His communication skills were excellent making you feel Ike you wer as always. This time I had a service representative that was just the best ever. His communication skills were excellent making you feel Ike you were his only client of the day. He listened well and noticed some paint on my car that he said could be rubbed out. Sure enough when I came from the waiting room to get my car, the paint was gone and he had done that, your service department served my Outback well and I am even experiencing better service with my new Crosstrek. The service advisor who worked with me was Jamal Starnes and he was just THE BEST. More
I had a 3:30 appointment on Friday 4/15/2022 for an oil change and tire rotation. When I pulled into the service department there were 6 to 8 blue shirt service representatives. When I got out of the car the representatives disappeared leaving 3 on the service floor. No one greeted me. I ask for help from 1 Rep and he referred me to another. I went to that person who told me that the guy behind him would help me when he got back (from where I don't know). I stood there and got no acknowledgement. Needless to say I left in a fury. I have been coming to this dealership for years and have never had such worthless service. I called to complain and got voicemail. I left a message expressing my dissatisfaction. I guess it was Friday and everyone was in a hurry to go home. They should not make late afternoon appointments if you don't want to acknowledge a customer. More

After a very rocky start in person, with someone outside of these two, Cliff was able to have Arthur come in and help us through the whole process. More
