I came to have my car serviced at the downtown Nashville Subaru location, which included tire rotation. My tire pressure was low when I came in, and this was not addressed by the Subaru repair man despite t Subaru location, which included tire rotation. My tire pressure was low when I came in, and this was not addressed by the Subaru repair man despite the low tire pressure warning light that was on. I tried calling to speak to someone about this. I was told the car repair man would be paged and call me back, but that never happened. Therefore, I had to come back into the dealership to have the low tire pressure taken care of, because no one would call me back. I was contacted by a woman from customer service named Meliyah and I told her that I never got a call back from the repair man which was frustrating. She invalidated my experience, yelled at me and accused me of having an attitude. I was very shocked and upset. My one year old baby was crying in the background. This was a really bad experience. Meliyah was extremely unprofessional on the phone with me, which kind of defeats the purpose of ensuring good customer service. I hope that this will be addressed by her supervisor. More
Sales need to work on their follow-up and be a bit more clear in explanations. Keep in mind... customers do not purchase a cars every day we don't know what we don't know. clear in explanations. Keep in mind... customers do not purchase a cars every day we don't know what we don't know. More

This is the fourth vehicle I've bought from Downtown Subaru. the first used, then three new ones (unfortunately I totaled the 2nd one I bought from them with less than 500 miles on the car). They were a Subaru. the first used, then three new ones (unfortunately I totaled the 2nd one I bought from them with less than 500 miles on the car). They were able to get me the exact car I wanted, even the color. I can't say enough good things about them. More
Dealer advertised a price for an oil change and filter, which was higher than many places around. I have always taken my cars to the dealers as they would obviously be more familiar with the make. So in sp which was higher than many places around. I have always taken my cars to the dealers as they would obviously be more familiar with the make. So in spite of the higher price, I went with Nashville Subaru. When I got the bill, they tacked on an additional “shop supply” charge of about 15%. I had just recently moved from out of state and had never heard of such a thing. I had previously brought my Mazda in for service, at Mazda of course, with no additional charges than what was advertised. Otherwise service was good and timely. Will have to think about going back.
