I was pleased with the service and professionalism of the staff. They were courteous and professional. When I had to return the car for further work after my scheduled service maintenance appointment, I was staff. They were courteous and professional. When I had to return the car for further work after my scheduled service maintenance appointment, I was told I would be squeezed in since I had to bring it back. They were good on their word and fixed it. My wait time was minimal. I also appreciated changing the channel on the lobby TV to watch the Olympics! More

I love the people of the dealership, but hate the drive to get there. Everyone was kind. My only complaint was the wait to drive out in our beautiful, futuristic machine. the receptionist was nice, very kind person. I waited, but not a huge amount of time. one problem with the dealership itself. need to have snacks, & decaf coffee. get a keurig, that way everyone I waited, but not a huge amount of time. one problem with the dealership itself. need to have snacks, & decaf coffee. get a keurig, that way everyone can have what they want., get an asortment that includes hot chocolate. a variation of snacks. from health bars to chips & such, the building was clean, get the amneties up & running. a question below, communication from the service department. there Was no communication between them & myself. next question, how was the quality of their work. they did a once over, fluids, tires. the low pressure tire icon is still on on the dash. the rep told me to go over 45mph & it'l go off. it hasnt gone off. so thats a red mark on your service dept.
