My GF was not the easiest individual to get approved for financing, as she has a limited credit history. Fahim went above and beyond in trying to find financing. He ended up getting my girlfriend a great deal on the exact car she wanted. It was clear that he had put in extra time and effort into a situation that he could have written off as "too much trouble." Fahim was excellent at handling a potentially delicate situation, and managed to discuss my girlfriends options without making us feel inferior for having less than excellent credit. He was so good, that my girlfriend cried tears of joy when he got her a good deal on the car. She insisted on giving Fahim and Adam each a big hug. From the moment we walked in, to the moment we drove off in her new 2012 Accord, the staff was made us feel very comfortable.
