My experience at Nardy Honda was quite pleasurable as my salesman, Thomas Panebianco was professional, courteous, knowledgeable and did not employ high pressure tactics that are so common at other car deal salesman, Thomas Panebianco was professional, courteous, knowledgeable and did not employ high pressure tactics that are so common at other car dealerships. Based on Mr.Panebianco's accomodative salemanship I decided on purchasing a second vehicle for my son, and could not be happier with that purchase as well. The pricing and quality of used vehicles at Nardy Honda were extremely competitive, and should be added to the top of your list when shopping for either a new or used Honda.A great overall experience that is highly recommended. We were not thinking that we would walk out of the Honda showroom with a car, but we fell in love with the NEW 2013 Accord. Our salseman, John Carraturo, was very helpful and most of all NOT PUSHY. I have purchased 2 cars from Nardy a 2009 Accord and a 2012 CRV. When I attempted to make a service appointment for my CRV. I was told by the service manager that I was barred from Nardy Honda FOREVER, fo 2012 CRV. When I attempted to make a service appointment for my CRV. I was told by the service manager that I was barred from Nardy Honda FOREVER, for sales, service and warranty work. When I asked why he would not provide me with a reason. I strongly suspect its because I gave an unfavorable review based upon my experience with the salesman who tried to tack on "documentation" fees and the finance manger who used every high pressure tactic he could to make me buy a $460 wax job ( worth $15 in materials) an exteneded warranty and assured me that he got me the best intrest rate possible.. He got me a rate from Honda of 3.1 and I subsequently got 1.7 from the credit union.. These guys deal from the bottom of the deck and can't handle the truth with a bad review.. All I can say is buyer Beware and watch out for these lowlifes. More

I, like many people do not enjoy the prospect of buying or leasing a new car. I find it very uncomfortable. This is 100% NOT the case at Nardy Honda from the moment I met John LiVigni the experience was OU or leasing a new car. I find it very uncomfortable. This is 100% NOT the case at Nardy Honda from the moment I met John LiVigni the experience was OUTSTANDING! John was welcoming, knowledgeable and very low pressure. He was patient and thorough in dealing with both my 17 year old daughter and I. After the initial visit we decided we should do our due diligence and shop around. Upon returning a few days later John met us and told us that he was with another customer and would be introducing us to Bobby Ribaudo. Initially I was disappointed as I felt very comfortable with John. John assured me that he and Bobby were on the same team and that Bobby would give us the same level of customer service. In short he was right on. Bobby was a pleasure to deal with. He too knew what he was talking about and his demeanor very similar to John's. Cutting to the chase the price was right and we decided that evening to buy a 2012 Honda Civic Coupe. My daughter, my 10 year old son and I went back the next day to pick up the car. John patiently went through all the vehicle particulars with my daughter, answered any questions that she had and also answered some questions without hesitation from my 10 year old. Bobby joined us outside as my daughter got into her new Honda Civic. The entire experience for top shelf, including the time spent with Rachelle the finance person. I have already shared my experience with others, one of whom has gone in and may be leasing a car herself. THANKS John & Bobby for making me a believer and raving fan!! More
We started looking for a CRV in 2011. John Crane worked dilligently to find us just the right vehicle. I wanted a CRV EXL and preferred light blue. He called us every time an EXL came in, even if it wasn't blue. We finally purchased our first 2009 CRV from Nardy in April 2012 - a silver one. We had purchased a 2010 Accord in February 2012 from another dealership and the difference was like night and day. The Accord was not clean when delivered and had 1/4 tank of gas! When we picked it up, even though we had an appointment, it took over 3 hours!! They lost the keys!! Our CRV from Nardy was delivered detailed, with a full tank of gas and the process took less than an hour. When we decided that we would rather have another CRV EXL rather than the Accord, we went to see John at Nardy. He happened to have another 2009 that had just come in, and it was light blue. Once again, the car was delivered detailed, with a full tank of gas and in less than an hour. I highly recommend John Crane and Nardy. He is a pleasure to deal with. More
My wife and I stopped by Nardy Honda to look at a certified pre-owned CR-V that I had found on their website. We met John Crane who sadly told us that the car we wanted to see had just been sold! He took us out back to show us another CR-V that had just been returned - off lease - low mileage - clean carfax - great price! We put a deposit down to buy it - saying we would return the next day. John tried to complete the deal on Saturday, but it just couldn't happen - we couldn't get the insurance done - and needed a bank check...etc... We completed the financing with JP and we were all set - made arrangements to see John Monday evening after work. The car was waiting for us - clean and ready. We completed the paperwork with John and were ready to drive out - now here's the only negative part of the experience... Another sales manager (I think his name was Larry) came to us questioning our trade-in value ($1500) because now that they drove it to see that it was running, they noticed a slipping in the transmission. This is not my problem...! Their people appraised my trade-in on Saturday when we made the deal - and here this guy is trying to make me feel guilty or something... crazy - He almost soured the entire experience! We didn't let that happen...and thanks to John Crane we drove off in a beautiful, certified pre-owned 2010 CR-V! thank you John and thank you Nardy Honday! More
