Exceptional experience in purchasing a vehicle I was hesitant with the salesman they paired me with (Admittedly, I am not the easiest person to work with). But he was knowledgeable about the vehicl I was hesitant with the salesman they paired me with (Admittedly, I am not the easiest person to work with). But he was knowledgeable about the vehicle and sociable during the test drive, explaining additional features of the vehicle. He even took the time to answer my myriad of questions. This knowledge and patience was key in my decision to purchase the vehicle. From Carmax, to Dodge, to GMC, and Chevy; there was just no comparison. More

I recently gave them an opportunity to match a competitors price out of loyalty, even though i had a very pushy and over zealous sales man. They promised me a car by a certain day and when that day came and still no car i decided to walk the salesman got very loud and ignorant very fast. I was in no way disrespectful towards him, i just felt i was being strung along. He ended up telling me,quote{ Get out of here and have a nice day} among some other things that i will just leave alone, will be calling corporate on Monday! Save yourself a whole lot of trouble and go to Southlake Nissan instead where they have outstanding customer service and much better pricing!!! More

Two months and over $1,000 and nothing has been fixed. "Alright this time we know what's going on" is their favorite thing to say. Chris Lohman's customer service has been horrendous. First time I walked in, I tried to explain the problems I was having and he wouldn't listen. He is condescending and in my opinion full of himself. I've been refused any sort of refund, but whether I get one or not, I will be going to the better business bureau. Everyone I've talked to has had awful experiences. Please stay away More

He was very very helpful with showing me the choices of vehicle they had, we went for a test ride and after brief negotiation, we agreed on my trade-in and on a sale. I got the car i want, with the price and options that worked for me, and now I am happy Maxima owner. I highly recommend this dealership, this is my third Nissan i purchased from them in the past 6 years. More

On top of overcharging, the customer service is BAD. I gave three chances thay failed and I can'take go back. Now my Nissan needs servicing and I have to find another place to go. When I think of my past experiences I cringe. I had to get upper management involved to get my car & money back. They ordered a new part..and THEY DAMAGED it AND was charging me for another one! They called me over 5 times increasing the price each time...for the SAME one problem. The person kept calling & apologizing for giving me wrong price...but 5 times? He had no other reasons except that he kept making a mistake on pricing. The price difference went from $800 to $900 to $1200 to $1800 finally to $2300 for an air conditioner repair. More

either incompetent or scam artists I purchased a new Rogue in 2014. I love my car and the sales people are great. It's a shame the service department is as horrible as it is. Very long story short, they replaced the incorrect part on my car, failed to tell me the wrong part was ordered and then tried to keep the extra money. All done very deceptively. I would never recommend purchasing a car from this dealership wholly based on how terrible and incompetent the service department is. More
