I was very happy about getting a used Altmia / 2013 with 7,800 miles. I will definitley purchase another auto from Napleton within the next few months and I will go back and look for Jerry again. Finance manager Tom was also outstanding in helping me get my loan approved. I bought a Nissan Altima in 2004 form this same dealership and I will continue doing business with them as I am a very satisfied customer. More

I decided on the Sentra because it has a more refined ride and I put 30,000 miles/yr and 360 commuting weekly. Rick Behrens is a terrific salesman-no pressure and knowledgeable and passionate about Nissan. Napleton gave me top dollar for my trade and the best price I could have imagined. I have purchased about 25 cars in my lifetime and never have been treated so fairly and professionally. There were no games. Do yourself a favor and visit Napleton and see Rick before you buy your next car. A five star experience. More

I went in to the dealership over the summer, and was treated very rudely by a salesman, and did not even attempt to purchase. When it was time to turn my lease in, I began to look for another place to go buy. Matt is a Facebook friend of one of my best friends, and neighbors. I noticed that he worked at Napleton Nissan, and I reached out to him. He could not have treated me any better. He answered all of my questions for several weeks(and since I was nervous about and uncomfortable with the dealership there were more than a few!!) and he made sure that there was a vehicle that was basically exactly what I wanted there on the premises. I didn't plan on leasing the new car on the Saturday that I went to meet with Matt, but he's a difficult man to say no to. He made the new lease work for me, and I'm sure that those pretty eyes of his have made more than one car deal go forward. I love my new Rogue, and now I can say that I have a go to person at my dealership, and he has a family right here in my neighborhood, and I just feel like that makes the situation more comfortable for me. I like doing business with people that are part of our community. Jerry was my salesman, and he was good too. More
Worst experience ever I went to buy used Toyota Corolla and deal looks good to me and decided to buy. This dealer is the only responsible to sale a car, then their responsibility is over. Next day i found some problems in that car and went to them, they didn't respond anything positively and the way of treating customer was completely changed because i went with few complains. In next week of buying car, my battery was completely gone, they didn't inspected the car properly and i had to install new battery in car just within 7 days. I went to them for this complain, they have charged like anything (Battery Cost + Labor + Inspection) instead of charging just for battery. They should have not charged for labor and inspection because it was lacking of their inspection and which i had to suffer. Also for registration paper, today its 21st day of buying my car and still they haven't send required documents to BMV office and today even they are saying that they can't tell me approx time even when this process will get finished. This process should be done within first 10 days. Completely unsatisfied with service.....!!!!!!! More
