I spoke to online sales person Jimmy and he was very helpful and sent me different emails and texts on the different cars they had available. I decided to go in and when I went in I met another salesman name Caleb and he was very helpful. I test drove a Murano and Maxima and fell for the Maxima. I purchased my car on 3/17 2017 Platinum Maxima and I love it. I didnt really go thru the sams club program because I didnt have one of the coupons but it was a nice experience. Thanks More

I got an email from N Beware!!! I applied for financing via Auto Credit Express boasting finance for anyone with bad credit. Well, nope, it's a lie! I got an email from Napleton saying "We received you finance application through Auto Credit Express! Congratulations, you are pre-approved!" Yep, not pre-qualified, so I say okay. "Internet Sales Professional" informs me "yes, you are pre-approved, I'm confident we can get you into the car you want!" General Manager called and left a message. I will never purchase a vehicle at any of your locations in the future. More
