If you're going to charge for credit card transactions, you should have a cash drawer ready. Also, I shouldn't have to wait for someone to pull into Hyundai service for the GM guy to realize he should prob you should have a cash drawer ready. I brought my vehicle in to have the rear camera replaced, but after the repair I was informed that the newly installed camera was defective and would need to be replaced again. Communication throughout the process felt unclear and vague at times, and I had to follow up myself to get more detailed information about what was actually wrong. While the staff eventually confirmed the replacement part was defective, I would have appreciated more proactive communication, clearer explanations, and faster updates throughout the repair process. The experience left me feeling uncertain and needing to advocate for basic information regarding the repair and next steps. More
