This was my 3rd purchase in 9 months and absolutely my worst experience with a dealership not the sales process but the finance was absolutely horrible it literally took me calling the new bank for my dea worst experience with a dealership not the sales process but the finance was absolutely horrible it literally took me calling the new bank for my deal to plead them to close my deal and then 5 full weeks to pay off my previous loan which is absolutely unacceptable and was forced to make another payment so’s not to affect my credit. Never in all my 40 times of purchasing a vehicle have I been this frustrated and irate with a situation that should have been handled promptly with out my many calls to the dealership. I certainly will not be back to purchase another vehicle here again. More
