No don't buy from. Naple Mazda!! They have the Naples Advantage. Where they take advantage of the customer by claiming to add some cleaning and added on items like Naple Mazda!! They have the Naples Advantage. Where they take advantage of the customer by claiming to add some cleaning and added on items like door wraps that they say is worth over $7300 and they charge $2400 for this!!! Watch out. I didn't see this until I got home. Be smart don't get taken advantage of my Naples Mazda. Then they made me buy a license plate even though I told them I had my own personal plate. I went to the DMV to transfer the plate and Naples Mazda had voided my personalized plate!! I had to reorder my plate when they should have transferred it! When I called, a manager said he would look I to it and call back in 45 minutes. That was over two weeks ago! More

I had lost my vehicle in hurricane IAN, so I was on a time crunch to obtain a new ride, other dealers just wanted to sell me anything not caring about what my needs and wants were, one of the dealerships actually added $6999 to the MRSP and had no remorse about doing it. Brent was like a breath of fresh air. He actually listened to me heard me and never once made me feel pressure that I had to buy a car from him. You need to know that Brent is an asset to your dealership you hit the jackpot with him and I will refer anyone who needs a new vehicle to mazda of Naples because of him. I also want to let you know that Sal is a really good guy to, he was the finance manager. I believe you’re very lucky to have a team of professionals like you do. You should go around to all the dealerships and show them how it should be done.
