If I could rate it a 0 I would. This has been a miserable experience and every step has been messed up by the incompetent people that work at this dealership. This has been a miserable experience and every step has been messed up by the incompetent people that work at this dealership. More

Brought it back to them, they ordered parts to replace it after I waited several hours despite having an appointment. Was called when the parts came it, again had an appointment. Wasted hours waiting again only to be told that they did order all of the parts. Waited for a phone call that never came about my parts. Called three times and did a web request to ask if my parts were in.m never got a call back or a response. They just didn’t want to take care of the problem. Managers were apologetic when I was there, but showed no interest in actually trying to take care of the situation going forward. Brought my car to Fort Myers instead. Will buy another Mazda down the road but not from Naples. More

Lexie in the service department was very nice. She kept me informed, did not pressure me. Wonderful. She deserves all the stars. However, when I dropped my car off for a recent service, a salesman She kept me informed, did not pressure me. Wonderful. She deserves all the stars. However, when I dropped my car off for a recent service, a salesman saw me and said Naples Mazda was looking to buy cars like mine and would I like a new one. I told him I liked mine just fine and I don't have a car payment. I get notification from Mazda telling me my car needs $5000-plus worth of work (more than my car is worth). I pick up the car with this knowledge, get in and TWO of that same salesman's cards are stuck in my dash. I am not disputing there are things that may need to be done with the car, but I am also taking it to someone else for a second opinion because I don't trust what Mazda is saying. IT felt like they were looking for things so I would be pressured into thinking I would need a new car. I will add that I did ask if my coolant had been topped up and was assured it had (that was one of the concerns - my coolant was low and I also needed a coolant flush). When we got home, my husband and I popped the hood to look at the car. Guess what wasn't topped up? That's right - the coolant. If Mazda wants to keep customers, help them stay in their cars for as long as they want to stay in them. More
