I got my first oil change on my new CX-5 and my oil light came on a wee later. I realized I have oil stains all over my driveway. I called the service department and after over an hour on hold I finally got came on a wee later. I realized I have oil stains all over my driveway. I called the service department and after over an hour on hold I finally got through to book another appointment. After another hour and a half of waiting they told me the technician never fully tightened my oil drain plug. This is infuriating and I would like something done about this. More
