Justin was by far the most considerate and professional team member I have ever dealt with at this location. He listen to my concerns and didn’t down play them. He didn’t try and sell it off as over due ma team member I have ever dealt with at this location. He listen to my concerns and didn’t down play them. He didn’t try and sell it off as over due maintenance causing issues. I have a 2020 Ascent that from day one has had issues. Every other time I’ve brought up concerns I was referred to a maintenance list. He has renewed my confidence in taking my vehicle to the dealership.
