I contacted four dealers in my search for a car and My Lakeshore Subaru was the most responsive. Throughout the search and purchase process, they were terrific and super service oriented. They never rushed me and were outstanding in every respect.
Service was quick and thoroughly explained. No pressure to purchase additional services. Waiting area was clean and well appointed.
It was very easy to schedule. The location is easy to get to. Clean and friendly facility. Sales staff were not pushy. The staff are friendly and helpful.
Checked everything. Reviewed everything. Gave me a free car wash. Was going to buy wipers but one set was covered in my warranty. It was a pleasant surprise.
It was great communication and speedy service I was impressed by the level of care to my vehicle
