I went to Mccarthy ford earlier this year the service stink, the fix the wrong part on my car, but thankfully Fox ford found the problem the mistake. Great experience buying the best truck ever! The overall experience was fun thanks the folks at Fox. I ordered the 2018 Raptor and during the process I had major issues with one my other F150's The overall experience was fun thanks the folks at Fox. I ordered the 2018 Raptor and during the process I had major issues with one my other F150's. Mike in service worked closely with Karl, the GM, to check out the issues and narrow down the source of the problems. In the end, it was not worth fixing it, so I sold it to a friend for a project vehicle. Back to the 2018 Raptor. Karl overlooked the process and assisted with the purchase as needed. Robin was super knowledgeable and helpful throughout ordering process and following the production of the truck from factory to delivery. It is also a pleasure to deal with Jim Rambo, who set up the financing and extended warranties while closing of the deal and Jose Gutierrez who covered accessories and protective packages. The overall experience was fun and the new 2018 Ford Raptor is one amazing truck!! Thank you guys. More

Over priced story tellers I needed a little assistance to put a trailer hitch on a Ford Explorer. I would have done it myself, but one of the bolts snapped. Being from out of I needed a little assistance to put a trailer hitch on a Ford Explorer. I would have done it myself, but one of the bolts snapped. Being from out of town, I thought it best to trust a dealership. When I called, they said that it would cost over $400 and take 3 hours. I questioned this excessive estimate as the hitch has only 5 bolts to attach it. Having put on many trailer hitches at home, and NONE of them taking more that 45 minutes... including breaks... I questioned the estimate. I was informed that after market items don't always fit and that this was a good estimate. I might add that I had yet to mention the broken bolt to them yet. My time was tight and against my gut feeling, I dropped my car off with them. Two days... three trips... and $500 later, I got my car back. Besides the money, the most disconcerting part of this experience was the continual telling of untruths. To start, the gouging estimate was nowhere near the time required to put on a hitch. But to Fox's credit, I voluntarily accepted this estimate with a sharp criticism. Next was the promised time. Originally, I was to have the car by 2:00 the next day... then 4:00... then the following day. On this third day it was promised by 10:00. I called... please note they did not call me, but I called them... at noon and was told it was almost finished as they were putting the bumper on as we speak. I told them this was good because we had plans at 2:00 and really needed to move on. I told them of these plans on several occasions. We drove to the dealership and got there at 1:15 and were told that they will be putting the bumper on as soon as the technician gets back from lunch. I proceeded to inform them that up to this point, no one has been honest with us. After hearing many many excuses, they started to be a little offended that I couldn't see their side. I kept telling them that their "side" should have been honest communication and then there wouldn't be a problem. When a business continues to lie and are questioned on, they should not compound this more more untruths and attempts to make their customers feel they did something wrong. It is interesting to note that while waiting to get our vehicle back at 2:20 PM long pasted any promised time, there were three other customers waiting. Two were very upset... one had purchased tires a couple days before and all the tires appeared flat... seem no one checked the pressure before giving the car back to the owner. The other upset customer had been waiting for hours with no information about her car and when she asked about it, they apologized for the delay as the car was done a long time ago and no one thought to tell her. Don't walk away from this dealer... RUN! The real sad part of this whole experience is that we would have used this dealership for all our needs in the future as our son goes to school in Chicago but trust is something so important to me and I can't use that word with this dealership. More
