And then I approve it, which kicks off the process. Brilliant idea, as it gets rid of one person trying to get ahold of another etc. My suggestion for the future (and I've seen this in other dealers. The estimation process (and what is estimated is different than the billing. The estimate shows some attributes, the bill breaks it down differently, and reconciling the two is almost impossible. The issue of course is when the two don't match by a significant amount. So my suggestion is to make the bill and the estimate look the same in terms of how the total is calculated. More

Excellent Experience I brought my 2014 Ford Focus for service and when I did I decided to look at new cars and how much the would cost me. I picked out two different cars I brought my 2014 Ford Focus for service and when I did I decided to look at new cars and how much the would cost me. I picked out two different cars on line. One was an Escape and one was an Ecosport. I made an appointment and when i got there both cars were waiting for me to try. I liked both cars but i loved the Ecosport titanium. I got a decent offer for my trade in. The sales person I dealt with was Nick Lach. He knew the inventory and the cars very well and pointed out all the features. Nick gave me all of his attention. I then dealt with Bill in Finance and he explained all the warranties I may want and I got a very good interest rate 0%. This us the second car I have purchased from Fox Ford. I always felt that buying a car was like going to the dentist until I came here. More
