The service was fast. The service rep was respectful. When making the appointment the flexibility was impressive. I brought the vehicle for my fist tune-up. The tech was honest. Oil Change Carlos was fantastic! I came in on Monday (totally forgot it was President’s day so service was packed)! They had said a few hours for a oil change. I Carlos was fantastic! Carlos apologized for the inconvenience and said come back later in the week and I should be able to be out in an hour. I came back on Saturday before work... I saw him and he said he would help like he promised. I was in and out in 40min! Great customer service with a smile from Carlos! Thank you! More

False Advertising Buying a car has been one of the worst experiences of my life. I'm a teacher. I won't ever be a rich man but I can say I'm honest, hard working and Buying a car has been one of the worst experiences of my life. I'm a teacher. I won't ever be a rich man but I can say I'm honest, hard working and genuine man; which means more to me than anything else in the world. Last night, I went to the Fox Lincoln/ Ford Dealership in Chicago, IL. I had done my research and knew I wanted the Ford Escape. With the time of year amazing deals for 2017. Out of the 61 cars on the website only 3 ended up being on the lot all while the salesman kept wanting me to look at more expensive cars. It took close to 90 minutes to find them. I fell in love with one. The advertisement was for $22,496. (See the screen shot). When it came to close the deal they informed me that was wrong. The car was going to be over $3,000 more. This is what everyone worries about when buying a car. The old, "bait and switch" and complete false advertisement. When I said this was wrong. The manager then informed me that he did not have to sell me the car and told me it was private property and if I did not leave I would be arrested for trespassing. When I got home Fox Ford/ Lincoln has already changed the price (see the screen shot). The vin# and stock # match on both pics. This morning the car has been taken off the website. By sharing this hopefully no one has to experience what happened to me and hope Fox Motors will change their ways. This company owns over 40 dealerships nationwide and said losing out on one car sale won't hurt this business. Help my voice be heard. We are all consumers and this could happen to you or a love one. More
My first new car, best dealership experience I've ever had. I submitted a request for more information on a car and not four minutes later Jake called me up and helped figure out what I was looking for, he then I submitted a request for more information on a car and not four minutes later Jake called me up and helped figure out what I was looking for, he then scheduled an appointment with me at my convenience. I ended up going earlier than my appointment day and Jake took me right away. He was very helpful and eager to help me find my right choice. As a college student I was worried about price and loan applications but Jake was so wonderful, he gave me all the options I could choose from, let me test drive to see if my choice was a right fit for me and made my trade in and loan application process easy and painless. Jake was very professional and did not pressure me at all like I've had in the past with other dealers. We then went with Veronica who helped us with all the paperwork and needless to say she was wonderful as well, everything was quick, easy and she explained things so you knew what you were signing. Overall my experience was absolutely wonderful and I drove out in a brand new 2016 Ford Fiesta. I highly recommend this dealership and Jake! More
