I did have warranty but IAS WARRANTY was outside of Ford. So I re-enter my FordPass and my ford 5 year warranty appeared. But the ISA warranty didn’t appear under my name onFordPass. I never felt pressured into making decisions that I may not have been comfortable with, and both Jake and Robin made me feel at ease throughout the process -- even offering to answer questions over the weekend while the dealership was closed. I greatly appreciated this and am very happy with the vehicle I leased. More
