Last year when I brought my Lincoln MKZ I wood have given them 4 1/2 stars due to the fact of them charging the wrong sale taxes and when I went for my registration I was charged the additional sale taxes th them 4 1/2 stars due to the fact of them charging the wrong sale taxes and when I went for my registration I was charged the additional sale taxes that they failed to charge. This caused me to have to pay an additional $200 plus that should have been charged at the dealership for the out of the door price. My son an I went to purchase a vehicle today and the manager tried to sale us a car that cost an additional $10,000. No thank you. We were thinking about financing the vehicle we came there for then offered cash out the door and was told by the manager that they would not accept cash because they make their money by financing a vehicle. 🤔. Needless to say we got up and walked out. More

I wasted hours on the phone with this dealer and with Ford Marketing to confirm my Mach E order was on reviews and take your business elsewhere. I wasted hours on the phone with this dealer and with Ford Marketing to confirm my Mach E order was on time and even finished the steps to complete my purchase online. I arrived at the dealership today to find out the vehicle I had been waiting for since November 2020 was sold to someone else. It didn’t matter that I’d spoken with their finance director, Sam Hammad, less than a week ago to confirm everything was in order with the delivery and financing. Their sales manager, Shannon, said the confirmation and reassurance from the finance director didn’t matter. Their other sales manager, Avery Lawrence, apparently canceled my order after I’d asked him to transfer my vehicle delivery to another Ford dealer because his shady tactics rubbed me the wrong way. My suspicions were confirmed. Salesmen at Ford’s dealerships do absolutely nothing when it comes to Mach-E orders. I built the car online, paid the deposit online, applied for and was approved for Ford credit online, I completed the purchase online, and even submitted my trade in information and accepted Ford’s offer on my trade online. All this dealership had to do was get out of the way and let me accept delivery and they botched that simple task royally. They ruined the Ford brand for me. One can easily buy a luxury vehicle for what I was about to spend on the Mach E. I’m only shopping direct to consumer delivery because of this experience. Ford, its dealerships, customer service, and the Marketing Department that rolled out the Mach E is a mess. The left hand does not know what the right hand is doing and the consumer ultimately suffers. There is no checks and balances between Ford Corporate, regional reps, and the salesmen at the dealership. This dealership runs rogue while Ford Marketing opens complaints tickets with no intention to rein in or resolve issues with dealerships. Long story short, avoid Fox Ford and save yourself the time and headache. More
I was so Amazed with this dealership. The professionalism I experienced with my sales rep was scary like it didn't seem real how fast and easy the process was. Sam helped me get the protection that I needed. Overall the best car buying experience I ever had and wouldn't purchase a vehicle from anyone but Tramayne Hill. Thanks for the great experience. More
