Bought my car at mtn view ford good experience back in the day 2015. Steering issue warning and service needed= horrible experience! Car not even looked at for 5 days! Steering needed replacement- $3, the day 2015. Steering issue warning and service needed= horrible experience! Car not even looked at for 5 days! Steering needed replacement- $3,000 repair. Finally got car looked at and repaired after 8 days at Mtn View. Poor communication from Joe my service person. Car filthy upon return with glove box items spewed on floor of car. Not sure why things were a mess inside and it does seem an exterior car wash could be had before pick up. Pick up system at service area is interesting and a basket of keys of all being worked on is the best system?? Very disappointing all around More

What gratitude we have for Jason in the Service Dept and the techs for their courteous and speedy service in helping with repairs to our truck as we "limped" in from the interstate on our way to FL. Within 5 hours the problem was diagnosed, parts in stock, replaced and test drove before putting us behind the wheel to continue our trip. What a blessing for travelers to still find helpful, kind customer service and Chattanooga is lucky to have this dealership. More

Please do yourself a favor and NEVER purchase a car from this dealer. This is my 2nd lemon from them, hard expensive lesson learned. I bought my Fusion brand new in 2019, it only has 26,000 miles on it and this dealer. This is my 2nd lemon from them, hard expensive lesson learned. I bought my Fusion brand new in 2019, it only has 26,000 miles on it and already needs a new transmission. Still under warranty however they have had it since 7/27, spoke to them today, it could be another 3-4wks before they even touch it bc they are so backed up with transmission work…AND they will not give me a loaner or rental until the work starts, and then only for 10 days no matter if my car is done or not. I called Marshall Mize Ford and they aren’t even taking transmission work appointments due to being so backed up. That speaks volumes. Please feel free to share. More
