My appointment was at 11:00. I stood at the counter for 8 minutes before I was acknowledged. My truck sat there until 11:55 before anyone moved my truck. I was told that they always over schedule so I would have to wait. Eli did not tell me that when I called to make the appointment. It is a bad business model to treat customers that way. I bought my truck at Marshall Mize and left their service department because of how rude and unprofessional they were.. I have been to your department a couple of times in the past and received good treatment but I am beginning to think that it must be a Ford way of dealing with customers. I had planned on trading next year but am rethinking my brand now. This was a horrible way to treat customers. More
