I bought a new 2024 Crosstrek. Within 10 days, the car windshield was hit by a rock on the highway. I had a crack and Safelite in Roanoke scheduled for me to have the windshield re Within 10 days, the car windshield was hit by a rock on the highway. I had a crack and Safelite in Roanoke scheduled for me to have the windshield replaced with my insurance in agreement to pay. That was November of 2023. Safelite cannot get the part, its been on backorder. The dealer sold a car without telling me there were no replacement parts. Even worse, the dealer advised me today, Jan 24th, 2024, that they were going to order the part. I'd have to have the car fixed at the dealer, though. So I've bought a car that can only be repaired at the Suburu dealer in Christiansburg, Virginia. When I move out of state, what do I do? Suburu dealers, do they monopolize all the parts and restrict consumer choice? This is unethical. I have invested in a car that does not serve any purpose outside of SW Virginia. Don't buy from this dealer. Better yet, don't buy from Suburu. More

It is a wonderful experience from start to finish! Shelor Motor Miles truly cares about the customers. George Newman really and genuinely cares about helping the customers. By the way, what I learned was he does not have sales as his portfolio. However, when we entered the building, we were wondering whether there is anyone here to help us. Obviously, all of their salespeople were busy helping other customers. He voluntarily stepped in, there started our journey of working with him for the relentless two weeks' worth of time. He was the best to work with. When I was exploring other dealers and other cars, he would regularly check-in to see if I am still interested. No hard push but his demeanor was so good that one would feel the genuine interest to respect him and his approach. I have always been a non-Subaru customer (Honda, Nissan and Hyundai) but the way George explained and walked with us an extra mile speaks volume of his integrity. Shelor Motor Miles is certainly our best experience so far and George is the person to cherish! More
