The driver side window the on the trax was rubbing and squeaking and it was looked at when we bought it but it's still squeaking and I've left there. Having my vehicle serviced at Shelor is always a pleasant experience. My service representative was very nice and efficient. Called me about some additional work that needed to be completed but in no way experience. My service representative was very nice and efficient. He also made sure I received a ride to my job as well as a ride back when my vehicle was ready. I only use Shelor for my vehicle’s service. More
