I was totally honest with what my thoughts were ( brought in my 2013 Outback for some work and found I wouldn’t pass inspection) and most importantly I needed answers to my questions. Very easy to work with, extremely helpful…actually made a follow up appointment to see what questions or concerns you have with your vehicle.
