I've had excellent service in the past with Shelor's. I really like the lobby with wifi & coffee. It makes waiting not such a chore. This visit was extroadinary. I had to make 2 appointments to get maintenance and state inspection done in the busy time of Black Friday. When I went for the maintenance, they saw I was scheduled a week later for the Inspection.
