Since purchasing my vehicle at Shelor Motor Mile, I have returned to the dealership for work through their Service Department. Each time that I've been to the service department, I've received a warm welcome from Service Advisor, Casey Grosshans. He is amazing. He goes the extra mile to make sure my vehicle is taken care of and also places a strong focus on my satisfaction. He does a terrific job to let me know the progress of the work that is being done and the length of time that is needed for the service throughout the process.
