I always have my Outback serviced at Shelor Motor Mile. This time I had to have a software update along with my oil change,etc.; it took a little bit longer,so I left my car. When I returned to pick up my vehicle, my service advisor was right there to check me out, no waiting. My service advisor was Casey Grosshans, who explained everything that was completed with no problems. He is very friendly, courteous and professional. More
