I drive a dually for personal use...I have horses. I purchased an '06 from Redlands Dodge....loved the truck. Had major problems with the truck....Redlands tried over and over to fix it....couldn't. H purchased an '06 from Redlands Dodge....loved the truck. Had major problems with the truck....Redlands tried over and over to fix it....couldn't. Head of Service....sorry he was a jerk.(Redlands Tom Bell and simpley Redlands Dodge.) I broke down on the Freeway and had to limp into Moss in Moreno Valley...I needed a new truck. Moreno Valley is so not convenient for my life. I like the salesman...Frank. But it was not time to buy. Moss identified and really fixed the problem. Although I'm certain that truck is fixed....I was imagining things, and therefore, not trusting the truck to do it's job. But Moss did the job!! So I liked and trusted the name. I then shopped to see if I wanted to jump manufacturer....I test drove and compared all three in this group....Dodge, Ford GMC/Chevy. GMC came very close....but I still trust the Cummings engine....and I think the '06 that I got was just a bad truck. I ended up going into Moss SB for service on the '06....they had gotten a new shipment of duallys......I picked the one I wanted and the dealership helped make it happen. I'm sure I was a hard sell...but this is not a decision to be made lightly....your trucks are expensive....as is everything. Working with Chad...I was able to get the feel for the dealership, and we almost made a deal on a great '09. But I ended up buying new and Phil helped me. Chad is very tenatious and friendly and open at the same time, he called me often with inventory updates....Phil got lucky. But they both sold me this truck. One piece of advice....learn about the trucks....women are buying and driving them....We put our lives into them....in the form of horses, dogs, kids, and husbands. This SHOULD be the last truck I ever buy....I love it today, and I will love it forever......it will haul my life to Big Bear, the beach or even IDAHO....and to prove it....I miss my old one....its only been gone 2 days. Here's to a long relationship with Moss San Bernardino, Service Department and Brandon. PS My hubby is due for a new car in the summer....see ya soon Chad! More

After reviewing new vehicles on line we decided our next new purchase would be a Dodge. We went to Moss Bros. due to it being in close proximity. We were greated by the most compassionate salesman I have ever met. His name is Barnabe Lerma. He seemed interested in what we had to say as to what we were looking for in a vehicle, why we were wanting to purchase a new vehicle and of course the financial aspects of a new vehicle purchase.We thought we wanted a Nitro but the physical fit wasn't what we expected. He was patient with us while we test drove several Dodge's and some Jeep's. We finally decided on a Dodge Caliber and we love it! Barnabe worked with us and basically held our hand through the whole process. I would recommend this dealership to anyone looking for a Dodge, Chrysler or Jeep. More
