After reviewing new vehicles on line we decided our next new purchase would be a Dodge. We went to Moss Bros. due to it being in close proximity. We were greated by the most compassionate salesman I have ever met. His name is Barnabe Lerma. He seemed interested in what we had to say as to what we were looking for in a vehicle, why we were wanting to purchase a new vehicle and of course the financial aspects of a new vehicle purchase.We thought we wanted a Nitro but the physical fit wasn't what we expected. He was patient with us while we test drove several Dodge's and some Jeep's. We finally decided on a Dodge Caliber and we love it! Barnabe worked with us and basically held our hand through the whole process. I would recommend this dealership to anyone looking for a Dodge, Chrysler or Jeep. More

I was pleased with the sales rep., Javier, he showed us the vehicles we wanted to see, let us drive one before we decided on another model. The one we decided to buy was not on the lot so we picked it up the vehicles we wanted to see, let us drive one before we decided on another model. We bought the 70th addition of the Jeep Patriot and love it. I was a little disappointed that the one we bought didn't have some of the features of the one at the dealership. Can you imagine a vehicle that doesn't have a glove compartment light. OK, we will deal with that and the fact we cannot pre-start from our home. Our Patriot looks good, handles good and we love the gas mileage. As far as Moss Brothers Dealership, they rate l00%. More

When we drove up to the service area we were greeted promptly and warmly by a service representative. After a quick check in we were shown the waiting area. When my wife discovered she was missing her cell phone, she notified our service rep and he went to our jeep and retrieved it for her. Later the rep came and gave us a progress report on our jeep, letting us know it was in the washing area and would be available soon. After a short visit to the reps office to complete final paperwork, we were on our way knowing that our jeep had been well serviced at Moss Bros. More
