My brother Robert has purchased multiple cars from Moss. Bros and after I decided to trade in my Chrysler 300 he forced me to go with him and see what they had to offer. We started by meeting Dennis Boyd wh Bros and after I decided to trade in my Chrysler 300 he forced me to go with him and see what they had to offer. We started by meeting Dennis Boyd who was by far the most understanding and wonderful person to help us out. Even my brother said thats who will sell him his next car. After the test drive and it was time to crunch the numbers we meet " MO" who offered me and my brother water and said we will make a deal today. After Dennis and Mo worked out the numbers I wasn't really satisfied with what they had to offer since I left a better offer from another dealership. Dennis and Mo continued to work over and over until I was completely satisfied. I cannot thank both of them enough for going the extra mile to help me get the car I really wanted and at the price I was happy with. My Dodge was towed to Moss Bros Dodge in San Bernardino. I was originally told that my vehicle needed a water pump and ended up in needing a new engine. I was helped by Gary in the collision department, he I was originally told that my vehicle needed a water pump and ended up in needing a new engine. I was helped by Gary in the collision department, he assisted me and he seemed to be knowledgeable and ethical manger in the field. I feel my engine was either serviced inadequately or that it was a defective engine. Since my engine was repaired August of 2011 my vehicle never ran properly. I took my car back to Moss Bros Dodge in San Bernardino on several occasions for different vehicle maintenance jobs. I complained during these visits about having heard an ongoing noise in my engine. I was continuously told by Moss Bros Dodge personnel that the noise was not indicative of any problems. In May 2012, I had my tire changed and I continued to complain about the noise in my engine and I was told it could be my lifters. In June, I took my vehicle back for an oil change and was informed that the noise was coming from the top of my engine. I have made many complaints in the past to Gary and to Joani Short and nothing has been resolved. This has left me extremely frustrated and highly stressed. I feel I was mistreated and taken advantage of because I am woman and have limited knowledge about the automotive industry. I had encountered nothing but hassles since coming to Moss Bros Dodge dealership. I originally came to your dealership because I was under the impression that you were the experts in the field and I would be in good hands. I now realize your motto “at moss you’re the boss,” must have been a figment of my imagination. More

He is a LIAR because he stated that a car had been sold yet the AD had just came out that morning.
