Decent, good customer service 1-5 I give them a 5. Pretty fast food work even dropped me off and picked me up. Great salesman, poor management. This dealership is very poorly run. The communication between employees was very inappropriate (They would yell across the room to each other). The manager was polite to our faces but continually tried to squeeze every last penny out of us. He initially tried to screw us with our monthly payments being astronomically high which we did not accept; then when we met with the financial advisor (after waiting for 40 minutes to do so) he also relentlessly tried to get us to purchase a warranty which we repeatedly said that we did not want. Also after we got home we realized that the “free” lifetime warranty for the engine and transmission that we were promised, was not free, it was over $1,000 dollars. We ended up getting the car for a great price so we were happy with that, but the experience overall was long and frustrating and could have taken 30 minutes instead of 4 hours. Devon, our sales man , was very polite, kind and considerate. He was great and I appreciated his attentiveness. More

Bought a new car I walked up and Renee greeted me outside . I told her my situation and she said don’t worry , we will work with you .
