Update today is March 9th and my Toyota trade in is still not paid off.. I call the dealership and tell the lady there's a late fee on my payment she says "well legally we don't have to pay till March 2nd because you bought the car on February 2nd so that's your responsibility" too bad the late fee wasn't charged till March 5th! Called this dealership multiple times trying to see what's going on with the payment kept getting told "I'll call you back" never received one. Finally spoke to a manager March 6th ish and he said if the cars not paid off by Friday (9th) call me back. Called today (9th) just to keep getting transferred between a bunch of people and when I finally get the manager he says "I told my financial adviser to transfer you to corporate office because they handle payoffs" So this whole time I've been calling no one could tell me that?! O yea the corporate office isn't answering... Surprise! they're closed.. Vernon was great but everyone else thumbs down. Won't do business with them again
