I still haven’t received cancellation of maintenance package. Dealer told me it included 60k and 100k mile tune up but all it is was oil changed.

I want to thank the Vallejo Kia service center team, my experience there was great. Everyone was very friendly and my oil change and tire rotation didn’t take them long at all. Buying a new car through a dealership is often like having a root canal. Not here! Allen Freeman was great, and so very helpful. The 'Wizard' that found the vehicle that we wanted wasn't at the dealership the day we were there, but Allen dialed him at home for us to thank.. 'Rey Rey' was there and worked his magic; as did the person handling the financial issues. The general manager was very welcoming also. But we want to especially thank Allen Freeman.
