Best experience ever buying a new car I have purchased new cars for over 45 years. Every time it would start with a pleasant salesperson who knew how to sell but little about the actual I have purchased new cars for over 45 years. Every time it would start with a pleasant salesperson who knew how to sell but little about the actual car. This was always followed but arm twisting tactics and pressure from those who would actually do the paperwork and then it became a miserable experience. The experience at Momentum Kia in Vallejo was completely the opposite. The salesperson, Casey, was knowledgeable, listened well , and answered all my questions. He stayed with me through the whole process and there was never a sense of pressure. The only time I was handed off to anyone was to the financial services agent Brenda when all the negotiation was done. And Brenda was just as knowledgeable and pleasant without any pressure. To top this all off, I received a very good price without feeling like I had gone through a meat grinder. This was the BEST purchase of a new car that I have ever experienced in the last 45 years of buying new cars. More

Somewhat disorganized and not timely completion We take our car to this dealership because this is where we purchased it and we have coupons that cover our regular maintenance needs. Usually I do not have any issues here but this most recent service left me a bit disappointed. There was a bit of disorganization when picking up the car for the time of completion and getting everything completed. I was picked up and taken to the dealership with the thought that the car was done but ended up having to wait another 30+ minutes for everything to be completed. More

Ava the service writer I have to say that Ava, was the best. She explained every detail that was recommended. She called me back when she said she would.
