They scam your warranty , and put on faulty equiptment. Our a5 was using oil, so we sent it in. First they tried to tell us it needed all new gaskets. 695.00 and it wasn't under warranty even though it was. Our a5 was using oil, so we sent it in. First they tried to tell us it needed all new gaskets. 695.00 and it wasn't under warranty even though it was. Also the car didn't leak a drip of oil before we took it to them. Then they say it is consuming oil, and needs to be rebuilt. They keep it for 2 weeks, and request that there technician drive it home , keep it all night and drive it back the following day to make sure everything is perfect. I questioned it but ok!d it. My wife picks up the car and the technician tells her the turbo is going to go out. But they can't do anything until the check engine light goes on , but go ahead and take it home, the check engine light came on next day. That light had never came on until they worked on it, so they say they replaced the turbo, we get it back , and now it makes a loud growl that they say is the secondary air pump And its normal? Although it never base the noise before they worked on it. Now they want to charge me to replace it , in my opinion they are putting on faulty parts to skim the customer . They tried 3 different times to get cash out of me. Im contacting an attorney and audi corp. More
Won't return my call. I have been dealing with this dealership for over a month, 3 different people (2 of which are managers) and I can't get anyone to follow up on my call I have been dealing with this dealership for over a month, 3 different people (2 of which are managers) and I can't get anyone to follow up on my calls. After explaining to each of them the issue, they apologize, promise to look into it and return my call of which they do not. Since this is the only Audi dealership in the area I feel they think we don't have other options but at this point I will go out of state instead of dealing with them. More
Very bad customer service. Molle has one of the worse customer service, Took my A8 for diagnostic service, not only they took a very long time to get that done but also car not Molle has one of the worse customer service, Took my A8 for diagnostic service, not only they took a very long time to get that done but also car not washed as they suppose to and also inside of my car was messy and seat was moved around they did not fix it back. Seems like somebody was taking a nap on the driver's seat. They didn't even bother to ask me if I am willing to wait for the car wash or not, all they said is that the car wash service is back up and we decided not to wash your car without even asking if I wanted to wait or not. They did quickly charge me for diagnostic service but service I got from them was horrible and will never buy an Audi from them, if I decide to exchange my Audi for another one I'd rather go out of town to do that but not at that location anymore. More

To sum it up we left with 1/8 tank of gas - we are still waiting for the check they promised for that a week ago. Wow. More

Bad experience with service and sales Very disappointed with my last visit to Molle Audi. Not only was my "routine" service over $900 on my 2010 S4, but I was also told that this car, whi Very disappointed with my last visit to Molle Audi. Not only was my "routine" service over $900 on my 2010 S4, but I was also told that this car, which I bought from another Audi dealer in 2013 for $XXXXX is now only worth $8,500 on trade-in! The sales guy acted like he was doing me a personal favor by even interacting with me, but admitted that it was a slow day and he basically was sitting around bored. If you don't want my car as a trade, just tell me instead of insulting my intelligence. I am in the market for a new SUV, and I guess despite the fact that my S4 has been a great car (despite the trade-in value they gave me), I will have to cross Molle Audi off of the list. I mentioned that I might be interested in a Q5 TDI, and the sales guy was like, "Oh yeah, that's a lot more expensive than the base Q5", as if to say, well, you likely can't afford a base Q5, why should you even waste my time to talk about a more expensive model? I guess he must have gotten the impression right from the time I met him that I must not be the kind of affluent buyer that buys an Audi (not sure how). Must have been the Royals baseball cap that I wore into the showroom. I think the sales guys name was Mike (I honestly don't remember for sure). He said he'd worked there for about a year, which surprised me. I've mostly dealt with the service department previously, and they are okay, not great. I've dealt with a few people I'd say were mostly friendly, and then some that had a sort of arrogance about them. Not enough to turn me away until this most recent visit. More
