Sadly this was one of the worst experiences in 14 years of bringing my beetle for service. I dropped my car on Monday afternoon for Tuesday service. I expected to hear something by 10. Nothing, finally at 1, I called Chris to find out what was happening with my car. I was shocked when he said it had not even been looked at yet. What the xxxx. Why did I drop it off early & have an 8 am appointment. He said he should know something by 2:30. Once again finally at 4 I have heard nothing from Chris so I call back. He claimed he was just getting ready to call me. After all that they found nothing with the problem I went in for but was more than happy to try & sell me for tires. That was not why I came in for a visit. Not sure what is happening in your service department but there seems to be a lot of new faces. More
Staff kept me updated on progress of repairs. At my choice, I waited for the work to be completed, in the VERY CLEAN and pleasant waiting area (rather than being returned home). Even with a very dark storm passing over the area, I was feeling safe and secure while I waited. It was very good to get out of the house for a few hours, and I did not have to endure the loss of electricity at our house. Thank you! More
This purchase and installation of four new tires did not go well. After two trips to the service department with a "low tire" light(and 45 minutes in the waiting room on the second visit), it was discovered go well. It apparently was not reset "correctly" at the time of installation. More
The car was what I wanted. The salesman, Jason, was helpful and friendly. With Very little discussion, the price was right. I have visited the dealership twice for clarification regarding how various programs and mechanics work and, I'm afraid, I will be back a few more times.. My only instruction for improvement would be to add a 16 year old or older to teach a new buyer about the detail of the computerized characteristics of the car purchased. More

My trade-in and purchase of a used Volkswagen both went very well. Richard Jones was my salesman. He was very efficient and kept me well informed. This Molle Audi location in KC, is quite lacking in customer service and character. I called to be scheduled for service, the person who answered the phone was very rude and not helpful what so ever, I customer service and character. I called to be scheduled for service, the person who answered the phone was very rude and not helpful what so ever, I just figured they had a bad day. I then thought, I will hop over to the parts department to at least inquire about getting a spare key. It was the same strange attitude that you would not expect, from a car dealership, especially in the business of luxury vehicles. When I finally was helped after the parts deartment was condescending and un helpful , then cut the phone off, to put the me on an extended hold, I was speaking to a different gentleman next, who in turn transfered me to a man name Clifford (a manager I am assuming), I let him know that I will not be using their services for the spare key I was inquiring about. He said, " okay sorry about that", "I will call the parts department and see whats going on". After that last straw, I did in fact cancel my service appointment I MADE ONLINE, because I am not in the business of pulling teeth with people who hate their job. I will find a more pleasant, affordable, and emence quality in import and luxury business, with high ratings. To those of you reading, Please think to do so, for your self! More

They scam your warranty , and put on faulty equiptment. Our a5 was using oil, so we sent it in. First they tried to tell us it needed all new gaskets. 695.00 and it wasn't under warranty even though it was. Our a5 was using oil, so we sent it in. First they tried to tell us it needed all new gaskets. 695.00 and it wasn't under warranty even though it was. Also the car didn't leak a drip of oil before we took it to them. Then they say it is consuming oil, and needs to be rebuilt. They keep it for 2 weeks, and request that there technician drive it home , keep it all night and drive it back the following day to make sure everything is perfect. I questioned it but ok!d it. My wife picks up the car and the technician tells her the turbo is going to go out. But they can't do anything until the check engine light goes on , but go ahead and take it home, the check engine light came on next day. That light had never came on until they worked on it, so they say they replaced the turbo, we get it back , and now it makes a loud growl that they say is the secondary air pump And its normal? Although it never base the noise before they worked on it. Now they want to charge me to replace it , in my opinion they are putting on faulty parts to skim the customer . They tried 3 different times to get cash out of me. Im contacting an attorney and audi corp. More
