Came in with clear issue around start feature in A6, due to the shop not being able to replicate it I was told they would not look into it. I came in for 50K miles and to check a service light which i submitted on the appointment form. After arriving I was told they could not check the service light I had to make another appointment. They which i submitted on the appointment form. After arriving I was told they could not check the service light I had to make another appointment. They rotated my tires - however they were inflated to 4 different PSI's - the tire pressure light came on as I was departing and I fixed the issue. There was another $1K in service recommended which is not in the VW 50K service guidelines, I made another appointment for the CEL and I see where I stand after that. More
I've always taken my Jetta Sportwagon to Molle for service but the last few times the service has been less than stellar. My 10a appointment with quoted time of 90 minutes wound up being 5 hours. I called after the car had been there 4 hours only to find out ir hadn't been started yet. Fortunately, I was able to adjust my schedule. More
The facility is clean. The service staff on the premises - the lady who attended on the phone was very nice - could be more friendly. The first thing that comes out of their mouths tends to be NO. All work completed in a timely manner as requester but I had to reset tire switch in glovebox as it was not done at dealership or light would not have been on after tire rotation. Sadly this was one of the worst experiences in 14 years of bringing my beetle for service. I dropped my car on Monday afternoon for Tuesday service. I expected to hear something by 10. Nothing, finally at 1, I called Chris to find out what was happening with my car. I was shocked when he said it had not even been looked at yet. What the xxxx. Why did I drop it off early & have an 8 am appointment. He said he should know something by 2:30. Once again finally at 4 I have heard nothing from Chris so I call back. He claimed he was just getting ready to call me. After all that they found nothing with the problem I went in for but was more than happy to try & sell me for tires. That was not why I came in for a visit. Not sure what is happening in your service department but there seems to be a lot of new faces. More
This purchase and installation of four new tires did not go well. After two trips to the service department with a "low tire" light(and 45 minutes in the waiting room on the second visit), it was discovered go well. It apparently was not reset "correctly" at the time of installation. More
Staff kept me updated on progress of repairs. At my choice, I waited for the work to be completed, in the VERY CLEAN and pleasant waiting area (rather than being returned home). Even with a very dark storm passing over the area, I was feeling safe and secure while I waited. It was very good to get out of the house for a few hours, and I did not have to endure the loss of electricity at our house. Thank you! More
The car was what I wanted. The salesman, Jason, was helpful and friendly. With Very little discussion, the price was right. I have visited the dealership twice for clarification regarding how various programs and mechanics work and, I'm afraid, I will be back a few more times.. My only instruction for improvement would be to add a 16 year old or older to teach a new buyer about the detail of the computerized characteristics of the car purchased. More
