Great Service Department! I was having a problem with my Nissan Murano's dashboard LED not lighting. The warranty had just expired so Candice put me in touch with Nissan USA an I was having a problem with my Nissan Murano's dashboard LED not lighting. The warranty had just expired so Candice put me in touch with Nissan USA and they offered me a 90 - 10 split on the $1400.00 repair. To make a long story short, I was very satisfied with everything that was done. I would take my vehicle there and recommend that others do the same. Candice is very professional and so was the staff when I came back for my car. It was clean, shiny and working just like new again. Thank you Missoula Nissan! More

I purchased my car new in 2011 for the wattenty peace of mind since I am a senior woman living alone, and was devastated to find that when I try to get my car repaired at 58000 miles, I have been denied repairs under warranty because I am being accused of not being the original owner. I do not lie and I don't appreciate being treated like one. Candice made it painfully clear to me immediately and in an unkind way that she would not participate in any effort to correct the misinformation before I even asked for help. More

Same as before The time spent in the waiting room for my oil change was not long at all but I had asked that they be considerate and not get grease/oil on the interi The time spent in the waiting room for my oil change was not long at all but I had asked that they be considerate and not get grease/oil on the interior of my car as they did on the last visit but it happened again, on the interior door right above the handle :( Also they left the floor matt, the seat cover and the tag # in my car, I guess it's my responsibility to throw this away.
