Missoula Nissan & Hyundai

no service and rude I went into the Missoula Nissan today. I needed new tires and I had locking lug nuts. I had a flat tire coming to Missoula and needed new tires. Th I went into the Missoula Nissan today. I needed new tires and I had locking lug nuts. I had a flat tire coming to Missoula and needed new tires. The people who changed it didn't put my lug nut key back. When I realized it was missing I went to the Nissan dealership and was sent to the service department. I was treated rudely and told that even though they had a master key they would not use it and I would have to order a new key and come back on Friday. I told them I had to leave tomorrow to get back to my job and couldn't wait I was told it wasn't there problem. I was leaving in tears when one of the salesman stopped me and ask what happened and I told him. He said that that couldn't be true and offered to go to the service department with me. When we got there he was told the same thing that they would not use their master key and that I would have to come back on Friday. It would have taken 5 minutes to use their key but they would not even try. I was forced to go to Les schwaub s and they did everything they could to help me and had to break the lug nuts off. I will never recommend this Nissan dealership to anyone. More

Yahoo -- no hard sales I HATE car shopping -- the experience in the past has left me to this feeling.... as soon as you step foot in the car lot the sales people literally p I HATE car shopping -- the experience in the past has left me to this feeling.... as soon as you step foot in the car lot the sales people literally pop out of no where - or even if you do a drive through the lot, they are chasing you down - you don't have a chance to even look before you are battered with questions that you don't have answers to or even thought of yet.... SO NOT the case with MNH.... I was given room and freedom to look around, given time to look through all the vehicles I wanted, test drive.... such a relaxing experience (for buying a car)! I negotiated from the comfort of my office, no hard sales, pushiness.... don't get me wrong, we negociated, but it was a great experience. More

far etter than expected service! I took my leased Rogue in for service for the first time, and I hoped I had enough points to pay for at least part of it. I was elated when I was tol I took my leased Rogue in for service for the first time, and I hoped I had enough points to pay for at least part of it. I was elated when I was told there would be no charges. The waiting room was very comfortable, air conditioned and complimentary internet. Free tv also and coffee. Even the salesman took the time to come by and say hi and ask if everything was ok and the car was done sooner than I expected. I got a complimentary car wash and vacuum which was sorely needed but again, unexpected, so I figure I actually made $10 that I would have had to spend at the car wash. All in all this was a super great ecperience and I felt like I was part of the family! I highly recommend this dealership. More

60000 mile service Facility is good the Stanford helpful inefficient and the work is always backed by the Dealer's warranty. The only thing I would say is, although having your car washed post service is important to get the tech's grease off the door frames and areas around the hood etc, they should not leave the vehicle out without drying it because it water spots and I just had to take it home and rewax it which I had done the previous week.
