That said, Missoula Nissan/Hyundai was a pleasure to deal with in purchasing a car. Their service team is excellent as well. I've been invited back any time for questions or concerns about my car or assistance with the tech package, which I'll probably need. Nice folks, knowledgeable about the product and again, locally owned which is a win win for all concerned. More

Less than 90 minutes after that we were signing the final few documents! And this includes the fact that I was trading in a vehicle. I had done my research and new the new car value and the value of my trade. The dealership was fair , vehicles priced competitively, and the whole process very pain free. I've bought many vehicles in my 60 plus years on this planet and I must say this was the least stressful purchase ever. More
I have had multiple dealing with this dealership. NONE have been good. I had to purchase my vehilce from Post Falls ID New as the dealership tried to over charge by $4,000 more than what I paid for my Ma have been good. I had to purchase my vehilce from Post Falls ID New as the dealership tried to over charge by $4,000 more than what I paid for my Maxima. The sales staff was arogant about there pricing that I couldn't find a better price any where else. Only took 2 phone calls and I had 2 prices cheaper. The next dealing I had with there repair/shop. I had a Air Flow Meter go out and they wanted $900 to repair the meter. I took it to another shop and it cost less than 300 dollars parts and service. I had a warranty and they would not honor the warranty because it was part of a the "AIR SYSTEM" and its not covered under the warranty so they try to charge a premium on repairs. They also told me it would take 4 to 5 hours to do this repair work. The shop I took it too, it took less than an hour. Multiple times on trying to get this Dealership to do warranty work they would use every excuse on why they couldn't get the part or do the repair work. I love my car but I will never buy another one as long as I live in this area due to this dealerships way of doing business. More
We went into this dealership to purchase a brand new Nissan Frontier. We had a car we needed to trade in that we still owed $12,000. We did our research beforehand and it said our trade would be worth $ Nissan Frontier. We had a car we needed to trade in that we still owed $12,000. We did our research beforehand and it said our trade would be worth $8,000-$11,000 TRADE IN VALUE (I should add that I checked 3 different websites one of which the dealership themselves recommended I use). We got to the dealership and they offered us $7,000 for the trade and tried to tell us that any other place would offer the same because we were purchasing a brand new car and there isn't enough "wiggle room" to up the trade-in allowance. Needless to say, the following weekend we went to Midway Automotive Group in Post Falls ID and they offered us $10,000 for the trade and were able to beat Missoula Nissan's Frontier price by $500 for the exact same vehicle. Same make, model, trim, color, etc. The vehicles are identical. I would HIGHLY recommend making the drive to Post Falls rather than using Missoula Nissan. Midway will make the deal work for you and the entire experience was more than enjoyable. More
My family on vacation broke down in Missoula. The service department went out of their way to repair our Pathfinder and get us on the road.
