Purchase of 2016 Acura RDX We were shopping for a certified Acura RDX both in our hometown and online. Missoula Nissan Hyundai had a 2016 for sale. After speaking with Camille, We were shopping for a certified Acura RDX both in our hometown and online. Missoula Nissan Hyundai had a 2016 for sale. After speaking with Camille, making an offer we decided to take a chance on buying used, sight unseen based on an assurance of our satisfaction from Camille. We were greeted by Camille and her new employee shadow. Michelle. Both were very friendly, personable and professional. So, we made the deal, bought a new to us car and, so far we are very satisfied. I usually like to support my local businesses, but was not able to arrive at an offer for my trade in vehicle and the price quote Camille provided. I would rate this Missoula Nissan Hyundai dealership and staff very highly...from Justin the manager to Camille & Michelle in sales to Steve & Richard in finance and the service staff. More
Never Coming Back Brought my vehicle in for a TPMS sensor light and door ajar light both on dash. Mechanics identified that tires did not have correct pressure and door Brought my vehicle in for a TPMS sensor light and door ajar light both on dash. Mechanics identified that tires did not have correct pressure and door ajar light was due to a foreign object obstructing door closing properly. All told probably not more than 15 minutes of work. I was charged for a full hour of labor and a small charge for "shop items". When I asked about what the pressure on the tires was they could not give me an answer. I had checked the pressure prior to bringing vehicle in. They also could not tell what the "shop items" charge was for - just said it is a "default charge". My bill was cut in half but I still paid for 15 minutes of labor that a local, reputable mechanic would not have charged for at all. This is why I typically do not go to dealerships. I took my vehicle here because I bought it new here and wanted to make sure it was not warranty items that needed repair. I was told even if it was warranty I still would be charged one hour of labor for the diagnosis but credited back if warranty covered it. Very dissatisfied413 with service overall. More
